My approach to educational planning for a wide variety of learners is highly personalized. It involves getting to know families well while developing a firm understanding of the family’s educational values and aspirations in the context individual students’ areas of strengths and areas of challenge, as well as personal interests and talents. This comprehensive analysis of student and parent needs informs the manner in which I guide families through admissions or special education processes. Families are supported logistically, strategically, and emotionally from the beginning to the end of the project, as it has been jointly defined. What can at times feel like a complex and intimidating set of tasks is simplified and made manageable, even enjoyable!
For those clients seeking writing services, a similar collaboration is undertaken in order to define the project and the steps to be taken from conception, through a series of drafts, to completion and/or publication.
